Office of Academic Promotion and Registration (OREG)
The Office of Academic Promotion and Registration is a government department within Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, equivalent to a faculty according to the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Act, B.E. 2548 (2005), Chapter 1, General Provisions, Section 8. The office is responsible for promoting academic affairs and managing student registration at the university with high quality and ensuring satisfaction among service users, including other educational institutions, enterprises, parents, students, and relevant agencies.
Vision
“OREG” promotes academic affairs, provides registration systems based on technology, and develops educational management systems according to high-quality standards.
The Office of Academic Promotion and Registration, abbreviated as OREG, is responsible for student registration and academic statistics from the time of enrollment until graduation for certificate, bachelor’s degree, and graduate levels. Additionally, it promotes various academic activities. The main functions of the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration are as follows:
1. Managing the enrollment of new students according to the university’s curriculum and enrollment plans.
2. Preparing course records, class schedules, exam schedules, and student registration.
3. Handling student records, including creating student profiles, evaluating academic performance, and managing graduation processes.
4. Compiling and processing statistics related to registration and academic activities, along with developing related software systems.
5. Developing curricula and promoting academic affairs.
6. Supporting cooperative education and professional experience programs for students.
7. Managing knowledge, producing educational materials, and disseminating them.
8. Ensuring educational quality and improving institutional standards.
9. Providing and promoting education through educational technology.
10. Promoting and disseminating education.
